Not really. While people are arguing about what the new 2.1 patch will be like I have uncovered the 2.1.1 patch notes and here are the warrior changes, I'm not sure if the source is reliable, but don't tell me that I didn't warn you.
sourced: wow forums
Execute - Target no longer needs to be below 20% health for the Execute, however if you attempt to execute an opponent and it doesn't die or if you are below 20% health yourself, you take damage equal to the damage you caused, if both conditions are met, you take double damage.
Whirlwind - This ability now works in every stance, however you must have a Whirlwind Axe, Whirlwind Sword or Whirlwind Warhammer equipped.
Thunder Clap - This ability now works in every stance, however you must have a Thunder, Deep Thunder or Stormherald equipped.
Cleave - Fixed a bug when you could a land hit on the second target if the first target was not killed by the cleave ability.
Overpower - From now on if an opponent would have dodged, parried or blocked the ability, the ability misses instead, just as it was intended.
Revenge - the ability now causes weapon damage plus it's original damage as bonus damage, however it is now only usable if a party member dies within 20 yards of you.
Victory Rush - Fixed a bug when the ability was still available after you leave combat.
Sunder Armor - Sunder armor can now be stacked up to 10 times and requires 10 rage, the armor reduction has been halved, and it now causes half of the original threat. In addition sunder armor causes no threat if the target has 10 stacks of sunder active at that time.
Commanding shout - In adition to health bonus, this ability now forces all party members within 20 yards to attack the target you have currently selected.
Intervene - This ability now stuns the party member for 3 seconds, just as it was intended.
Berserker Rage - When activated this ability will increase all damage done by 60%, all damage taken by 25%, the player loses control of the character, the warrior is then forced to attack the closest target, wether it is a foe or a party member, when the duration of the effect expires the warrior dies. In addition this ability does not stack with Death Wish and Enrage.
Concussion Blow - The cooldown has been reduced to 30 seconds, the stun duration has been reduced to 2 seconds.
Shield Wall - This ability now requires two shields to be equipped in order to work. Shield wall will fade if you equip a weapon, or if you change stances.
Pummel - the damage of pummel has been doubled, this ability now disarms yourself for 6 seconds.
Demoralizing Shout - Fixed a bug when demoralizing Shout did not affect party members within 10 yards.
